Submit the form (name, area, BMW info or “future owner,” socials optional)

Approval message + onboarding steps (Discord roles, intro, rules)

Photography — event coverage, rolling shots, portraits

Videography — cinematic edits, reels, event recaps

Editing — Premiere/CapCut/DaVinci editors, motion graphics

Design — flyers, banners, story templates, thumbnails

Social Team — posting, scheduling, captions, community engagement

What we expect

Consistency > perfection (reliable creators win)

Respect privacy: ask before filming people up close

No unsafe content requests (we don’t promote reckless driving)

Clear communication with staff (availability, uploads, deadlines)

What you’ll need to include

Portfolio link (Instagram, Google Drive, website, YouTube — anything works)

What you create + your style (cinematic, clean, raw, etc.)

Gear (optional — phone creators are welcome if your work hits)

Availability (weekends, nights, your DMV area)
